Hanging flower pots

I have been residing in my flat from 5 yrs. I have hanging flower pots in my balcony which are secured by lock bolts. now some people are raising objection due to personal fued. is there any legality apart from noida or pune

Putting up flower pots in your own balcony is not an illegal act.

If at all the society has any objection let them notify about it to you which can be challenged as per law.

You don't have to budge to your neighbour's grumbling.

Yes.  This is not illegal.  You can report to society.

There is some vital information concealed in  the post as it is not the only question of objection on hanging flower pots in your balcony, which cannot be the sole reason for raising objection.

It is better to contact, consult and engage some local prudent lawyer for proper analyses of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.
