Hi,
I am a long term tenant in an industrial land situated in a co-operative (non governmental) estate. Property was owned by one family initially later on in due course now there are 17 owners of the property.
Most of the owners are willing to settle the matter with me in lieu of land (somewhere else) or money but there are 2-3 hard nuts to crack. Say if over the time I buy rights of 15 owners out of the 17, is there a way to get remove the rest as well ?
