1. My mother has kept my big brother with his wife in our house 8 months back, initially they were in harmony, but from 3 months they are used to abuse badly & fight from my mother & an unmarried sister daily...I want to know how to remove them from our house.

if house is in the name of mother she can ask thento move and can even file civil suit.

The house is in the name of my mother, & marriage of bother was held in the year 1999 and now, it is 2013…Kindly suggest me, is it possible that his wife can file dowry demand falsely after 14 years of their marriage?
