Remedy to evict a tenant based on rental agreement

My tenant have got signed rental agreement with condition of being renewed every year @5 percent increment of rent for a  residential room in residential house to get his distributorship of medicines four years back. Since then he has been paying very very delayed payments outstanding rent being about one year. On asking to evict, he claims that this room has been hired by my company not me.

So how to get it evicted.

Notice can be sent to the name and address mentioned in rental agreement.

Issue notice to tenant and ask to vacate the rented premises also demand due rent.

Easiest way ....is lock the rented permises and wait and see who comes forward to get it unlocked .... renter or company repersentative....if case if filed, raise issue of none payment of rent..... but be aleart and keep in touch with your lawyer....tricky situation demands tactful solution.
