Regarding compassionate appointment

first of all i wish all the gentleman a happy morning.

 Respected Sirs,

My father worked in tamil nadu urban land tax  dept as a record clerk from 1988. He expired on 21st january 2008, we applied for his job on the year 2009. And my qualification is +2 and applied for the post of junior assistant. From that day till now the authorities are replying that there are three members in seniority after that only i can be given appointment. And they also said that the three persons in the seniority list in not enquiring about the job. I want to know wether any action can be taken by IAS i.e commissioner for recruiting me for that job abating the seniority. If so whom we have to meet for taking such action till how long they will delay for this job.

                                                                                  waiting for a reply

I  once again thank all the judicial experts hoping that i will get a reply soon tanking you.

Mr.Hari Ram,

Was your father died during his service ? If so you are eligible for the post on humanitarian grounds. You approach a lawyer at your place and file a petition in the State service tribunal immediately with all your evidences. You will get justice.

If the candidates above you have not claimed any appointgment the process cannot be pended till eternity.  After reasonable time their claim lapses.
