Theft by tenant

Sir, Sir, have given premises on rent to two tenants via written agreement and have taken blank cheque from them in lieu of security. Yesterday two tenants have abandoned rented property without any intimation and have stolen and damaged my articles lying in property. They have given a notice of 30 days and on the second day after notice, they left the property leaving it open and have taken all their luggage Plz suggest action to be taken against them .

You first of all lodge a criminal complaint agaisnt them for theft of your house property.

If there is a default in rental payment, you may fill up the blank cheque and deposit it in the bank for collection, if dishonored then you can file a cheque bounce case as per procedures of law.

File police complaint against your tenants for theft in PS of ur area.
