Review cannot be filed on any groud except for any error apprarent on the face , curative petition in supreme court is limited and you will be wasting more time and money in such effort.

yes you can but for that you have to file the special leave petition before the supreme court SLP is a special power, bestowed upon the Supreme Court of India to grant leave to appeal against any judgment in case any substantial constitutional question of law is involved, or gross injustice has been done

i have won case but the opposite party is thinking to file review but 30 days limitation has gone and they have implemented it but not according to the judgement we have sent a application that the judgement its written like this highlighting the main part in it can they review is my question a little bit confusion i won but they implemented the order of supreme court but wrongly can they review

Opposite party can't file review petition but instead they have to obey the order in right way as per court order instructions.

If the court order is not executed properly then you can raise the objections to that in the execution court.

You first file an execution petition before the court competent to execute the court order as per procedures of law.

If the respondent do not comply then you can very well initiate contempt of court proceedings against him.

You are using the wrong word: REVIEW.

Review is not an appropriate proceeding.

Check whether you can reopen the matter in Supreme Court to inform the Supreme Court that its judgment is implemented wrongly.

Consult a Supreme Court lawyer to find out whether the matter can be reopened.

Do not use the word, REVIEW. It is confusing. It is not appropriate in this context.

Another option is: if the judgment is implemented wrongly, you inform them (whoever is implementing) that the judgment is implemented wrongly, and ask them to take corrective action. If they do not correct their mistakes, that will give you an opportunity to take action against them, and drag them to Supreme Court again.

i won case after a period of 23 to get my fifty percent of arrears of salaries, gratuity and pension. but the supreme court did not order to pay future pension as it is constitutional right.

i want to file review and curative petition. will me get succeedes as supreme court did not give reason for denying future pension

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     21 December 2025

If you had sought for future pension also as a prayer and if it was dismissed for the reasons stated therein by the trial court and upheld by the appellate courts then you may have a chance to file a review petition to review the orders and pass orders to your this prayer too.

You may better show the case papers to an experienced lawyer in the local and obtain the opinion in furtherance.

Pay and pension accrue only for past period and not for future, be clear.

When you have already won the case ( which you have concealed) what is your question /query ?

Why /what can be ground, where other party (presumably government / employer) is interested in review of the judgment, which have already stated to have been delivered 4 months ago ?

Since you must have availed professional services of the lawyer practicing in Supreme Court, where you have stated to have won  the case? Did you discuss with your lawyer who is well aware about fact, circumstances and law applicable on the subject ? If so, what is his/ her opinion and advise ? Why do you further need opinion and obligation of experts on this platform except the fact it is available FREE OF COST???

Prima facie it is a hypothetical time pass post.
