You can lodge a criminal complaint with the EOW police of your district against the society for taking criminal action against them and also file a suit for recovery of your money in a civil court simultaneously.

Non payment of matured amount of F.D by co-operative society amounts their deficiency in services, issue legal notice and demand matured amount of F.D.If notice is not complied with then file complaint before Consumer Commission and claim matured amount of F.D and compensation towards mental and physical agony.

File complaint in consumer commission against said society for getting your money back.

The case may be beyond all kinds of civil legal actions. It is either a fraud or the bank has gone broke or both. The Reserve Bank may have to take action and you will have to wait like thousands of others.
