School is delaying a payment of salary, security deposit and paid leave fund

I am Mohit Sharma, working as a faculty of English in a private school of my locality which is affiliated to CBSE New Delhi, I gave a resign a month ago and inform the management of school that, I can't continue after a month and giving a resign. But school management is not giving my current month salary with paid leave fund and Security deposit. Stating we have a lack of Fund so we will provide it in the next month without giving me an exact date. My notice period is going in summer Vacations so school is forcing me to do work for another month to complete a notice period.

The conditions of resignation  will be mentioned in the employment offer letter.

If the employee can pay for the notice period then the school authorities cannot refuse to relieve you.

You have not stated that whether the school has relieved you on resignation?

If you are relieved and the period after reliving you is beyond the notice period then you can issue a legal notice demanding your dues as well as the security depostit.

If the school authorities still are reluctant to settle your full and final payment then you can file  civil suit for recovery of your money including damages caused due to the mental harassment
