Refund of my amount

Dear Sir/Madam, I need the help for this incident. I have an NRE account in ICICI bank from past 11 years. I maintained a minimum balance in my account but the bank has deducted all money from my account because the insufficient minimum balance. When I opened my account the minimum amount was fixed Rs10000 and I didn’t receive any type of information from the bank that they have increased the limit upto Rs 25000 but they have deducted all the amount and now my balance is zero and account is deactivated. Kindly tell me the process to get back my money from the bank. I have already talked with customer care and they asked me to drop a mail for this issue. when I mailed to them, I received a mail kindly send a mail from registered email-id but I have not accessed my registered email-id from a long time. I am not sure whether this email id is activated or not and I have replied same to them through mail and they have denied to reply and said kindly contact to customer care and the customer care representative said to contact nearest ICICI branch. When I visited nearest branch they said kindly contact your branch where the account has been opened. They all are playing with me and I am frustrated with them, Kindly suggest me what I have to do.
