Excellent Reply by Shri Raj Malhotra. I appreciate Miss ( Mrs? ) Kamakshi too. If a wife lives in adultery, she's not entitled to Maintenance or alimony. After the grant of Maintenance, if she lives in adultery, can the Maintenance be stopped? I've become a Questioner in my Reply. |

Nobody fcuks around as they show in p*rn movies in the public. It is done behind closed doors. How on earth will you create a setup and make them do it in front of camera like in case of Nityananda/Ranjeeta Bidadi swamiji? You should have skills of the driver of Nityananda to catch hold of adulteroius wife.
Recently 3 days ago SC made circumstantial evidence in case of adultery legal by its ruling, you can google it.
And how wonderfully advocates work and how most wonderfully courts work you know better than me.
If the court wants to give maintenance to wife it will award overlooking any kind of adverse evidence against the adulterous wife, such is the case of Indian Courts. Indian coaurts always see woman as Sati Savitri even if she is a prostitute. Bad for men, good for women = Indian legal system, police, courts, judges, advocates.
