Property- missing in deed

Dear Experts,

During the registration of a Gift Deed at an SRO, Thane, both attesting witnesses were physically present, signed the deed n other documents, and completed their live webcam photographs and biometric thumb scans before the Sub-Registrar. Their details (name, address) and photos appear on the official registration/admission page.

However, due to an oversight by the counter operator, the physical self-attested photocopy of one witness's ID proof (PAN card) was omitted from the final scanned document bundle. I already have this self-attested photocopy with me. I asked lawyer, he said its not concerning. Plz guide/suggest, what to do?? .

You shall report the missing ID of one witness to the District Registrar, and then the registrar shall issue orders to the SRO to rectify the omission/wrong entry/missing pages, if any, etc.
