Dear Experts

We have entered into agreement and paid and paid advance for assigned land in Hyderabad, the concerned MRO is not giving NOC for registration, can we appeal in the court for issue orders to concerned SRO to register the above said land, recently Honorable High Court has given judgment and again stay was given.

The owner of the land is ready to give the above land for long lease,if I enter in lease agreement and construct apartments is it safe to purchaser, can they avail loans from financial institutes. Please help me in getting out of this problem.

Thanks and Regards,

Sreenivasa  Rao

When it is on lease it amounts that you are purchasing lease hold rights.  Owner of the property can demand his property after completion of lease period.
