Property claim from my mother and brother under benami law

Dear all experts, My deceased Hindu father had purchased 15 acres land on my elder brother ( when he was minor ie 12 years old) and 10 acres land on my mother name from his self earn fund. Each of us staying in separate houses since 3 years but family partition not yet done since my father demise in year 1998. Can I claim share of property from my mother and brother under Benami Law?
