procedural justice is the justice enshrined in procedure written in cpc and crpc and proceed with the facts and law..where as substantive justice is the discretion of presiding officer ,judge or the person responsible for judge the matter looking into accaount,scenario,the circumstaces of case and ultimately apply judicious mind in delivering decision of particular case....
