order 7 rule 14 (3) petition filed by a third party to the suit

Can a witness who is not a party to the suit be allowed to file Petition under order 7 rule 14 (3)? Is that Petition maintainable? The plaint has been examined and now the suit is posted for further evidence. the further witness has filed a petition under order 7 rule 14(3) to receive additional documents which was already been in the possession of plaintiff. Can such petitions be allowed?

There is no such hard and fast rule and everything depend on circumstances and submissions made and the court can allow any petition/documents in the interest of justice at any time before final judgment.  There is an opportunity for other parties to file counters and depending on the counters the court may decide.

File objections against it approach high court.every steps isdecided by your spending of money ,engagingadvocate ,objecting every petition ,approaching appeal courts which may take 50yrs to finish the case.if not tell it may allowed on heavy cost.
