OBC Certification clarification needed

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am from Tamilnadu,
I am planning to apply OBC certificate for my sister. She is married now and we removed her name from our ration card.

My father is getting salary less than 8laks only so i believe we r eligible for creamy layer.

what are all the proof we need to submit for my sister to get OBC certificate. since her name is removed from our ration card will it create any problem ?

please answer it at the earliest

Thanking u in Advance

If your sister is married, then she has to get the non-creamy layer OBC Certficate based on the income of her husband (not your father's income).

Your sister should have the income certificate of your sister's husband, her caste (OBC) certificate, AADHAR card, Ration Card etc.

@Ramachandran Thank u sir for ur response.

are you sure the non creamy layer certificate for married girl is based on her Husband? i doubt it.

As per the OBC regulations, non creamy layer is purely based on the parents income even for married people or for working individual.

I wanted to know whether i need to provide any proof since my sister name is removed from our ration card.
