No act section 138 ordinance act 2015 implemented 15/6/2015. There is a clarification needed.. Cases existing filed, and under trail will be transfered to chq receiver bank location. 1)The cases already transfered from receiver bank location and not yet filed within 30 days to issuer banklocation as per supreme court rules. Those cases what will happens. 2)cases not yet transfered evenr sc judgement still under filing stage ?just evidence to be started those case what will happens? 3) Dear experts seeking your valuable opinion.
