Name to be added in 7/12 of farm land

Hello,

I stay in Maharashtra and I am thinking of buying a small piece of agricultural land for long term investment or to convert it to NA in few years and build a bunglow on it.

Can someone please tell me what are the requirements to add the name in 7/12 document.

I read that I need to have a blood relative who is an agriculturist or owns an angricultural land anywhere in India.

If someone does not have that option,is there any way we can add our name in 7/12?

Any approvals, NOCs required for it?
