I have a poperty Sale deed on my name and loaned from SBI. Papers are with SBI.
Rcenetly i changed my first name from Saurav to Arnav as suggested by neumoroglist.
I have got passport changed to my new name. How do i get this changed in my sale deed.
Is it must to change that????

Not necessarily require. since the event of change of your name has taken after sale deed been executed

Sir, But if i plan to sell my property in future , what id proof whould i show. My old id proofs would have expired by then.
Wouldnt i face any issues when i plan to sell it?
