My wife absconded after a month of marriage, she states the reason that she did not like the marriage. Actually she has mental disorder, we found this after I took her to a psycologist as she never cooperated for s*x, She went missing writing a letter saying that she is forced to marry. Her father filed a missing case in police station , Can I file for annulment of marriage or divorce while the missing case is still pending.

Annulment is not maintainable.
You can easily get divorce.
Annulment is no better than divorce because she can't claim maintenance.

Marriage happened less than 1year ( sept 2nd, 2018) , but for divorce 1 year completion is needed? and also , there is missing complaint on her , filed by her father , police are searcing from past 2 months.
