In a property dispute, OS filed in 2017 by the opposite side and was dismissed in 2019 for the non appearance of that side. After 25 months in 2021 he again appealed for restoration. The court allowed with fine. Again for the non appearance from that side the honorable court dismissed the appeal in 02.06.23. After 1465 days on 30.6.26, he again appealed for restoration. Now we filed the counter. Is there any justice to the affected . Kindly need your help and advice in this regard.
