She does not change at all.  Putting words into other's mouths and clapping cheerfully and thinking from the level of knee are her strong points.  My open challenge is still there about filing contempt petition.  Saying just "i believe in Lord Rama, Lord Krishna and Waheguru" and insulting the other members as "sikhandis" is the level of your vocabulary.  "Sikhandis" are physically challenged persons and their problems have to be understood in the most humanistic way and treat them as mainstream is the need of hour. It appears to me  it is beyond your capacity.  If you believe in the Gods above, you also accept that "sikhandis" are also creation of those very Gods and insulting the "sikhandis" is abusing the creation of your own Gods.

I am a virtual man in the virtual world. Other members are virtual. Even then, you nag on continuously without stuff and with gas only and use abusive words "sikhandi" etc. Now, without knowing me, you are blaming me money minded.  If you can do all these things against the people, who ae in virtual world, what you might have done to those real people against whom you have complaints.  You might have nagged them and tormented them as money minded  and chased them till they take the recourse of criminal law against you.  The misery in which you are living is your self created and no one is responsible for that.

Killing is a criminal act.  Rape is a criminal act.  Slapping the neighbour is a criminal act.  Similarly, slapping, beating or mentally harrassing wife is a criminal act.  In these criminal acts, you cannot find any legal right or corresponding responsibility.  Hence, if particular act is defined criminal act, the short question is whether the accused has done that act or not.  The courts need not go into the question of rights and corresponding liabilities those are available in civil law.  

prabhakar sir, if i had plenty of time i wud have accepted your so called challenge. also wat i m expert in u cant do, same is there for legal profession. court aapka ghar hai. definitely wud call u wenever i visit delhi next.
 

No.  I do not meet you anywhere except in court in contempt petition.  I want to see how the hon'ble court would react against these people, who are pretending to uphold the justice are using such foul language against the people who have got divergent opinions.

Let us do it recalling your mock court debates in those LLB days and this time it is in vertual world and it will be quite educative to general readers (aam adami's) believe me in understanding "Contempt of Court proceedings from start to finish" what more tribute both of you can give respectively to this great forum as complete knowledge sharing then trial of proposed vertual Contempt of Court in LCI forum !.


So let Mr Prabhakar upload a mock Contempt charges Affidvit with compelte top to bottom formatted stuff upon Ms Kaur and Ms Kaur you give reply in same format on para wise charges and let us all be honestly watch this mega vertual contempt mock debate and at the end of all w/s + rejoinders + arguments + affidavits + citation refered etc etc stages let the ld. Admin. ( I am sure there is someone here ld. as admin) decide who won and as a reward let one of you get Ipod Shuffle as reward that also out of turn (I am aware it is given in appreciation to most thanked members each month) but what is a vertual forum if such mock vertual (un assited to either parties) debate is placed before general readers ?.


Here we all know Mr Prabhakar is a professional and is a well known expert in Court matters, Ms Kaur does not have "free time" but is a expert in devoting time in vertual world as is seen, so I don't see any reservation by either of you to go on vertual Contempt of Court trial mode ! Why shy away in vertual world ?.
