Mobile complaint

dear sir/ madam

Last month that is the 15th of feb 2013 had given my micromax mobile to (ASP : Cell Tech Shop 8, CISION COMPLEX FIRST FLOOR MONTIETH ROAD
EGMORE CITY CHENNAI 600008)... they had accepted and this was the given Complaint No : SALKR003R4515 the warranty still exists for my micromax mobile A85. every time i go and enquire with them they not response for me So Kindly Help me

Submit a representation to the company Micromax with a copy to their service center even if by email even if by email and narrate all visits mentioning date, time of each visit and name/designation/address of company’s authorized person contacted by you. If service centre has issued you ticket each time, attach copy. Based on response of the company you may proceed further.

In case of company serfice failure, you can approach consumer forum at your district with all the evidence that you procure from the company.
