My client was cheated by receiving the message that he has won a lottery for a substantive amount. when he realized that he was cheated, he has lodged a complaint in police station. At the time of complaint he has specifically mentioned that the fradsters have asked for the photo identity and pass post photo and all the personal information and same was provided by him. now he apprehend that those documents can be misused for opening bank account or obtaining phone connection. Now whether there is any citation which will come to any help or whether any other steps is required to be taken at our end. The Complaint is 3 years old and still no one is arrested
