Will court send husband for medical checkup if she asks for it without any evidence in this regard except her mere allegations? Does the court require ‘minimum evidence’ to send a husband for medical test. If yes, would wife's mere allegation about husband's impotency be taken as ‘minimum evidence’? As in civil cases nobody would be forced for medical tests, what if husband refused to go for medical check?
