Marriage act

dear sir,

      i want to know a person can keep second wife when first is married live to him .i mean live together. and also want to know if brother has no child and only one sister. after his death sister can claim property.

No, it is illegal to marry when the first marriage is subsisting. If the person marries during the subsistence of the first marriage then it constitutes Bigamy and is a punishable crime.

also want to know if brother has no child and only one sister. after his death sister can claim property.

Details are insufficient whether the brother is married or a bachelor and who are the other people in the family of the brother.

my uncle [ mother's brother ] has no child . he has two wives . first married wife has died . and second wife is alive.uncle also died. now in my uncle's family one younger brother,one sister which is my mother and also my uncle's second wife. so i ask u that  in my uncle's property  my mother can claim the share or not. pls suggest me

Since the widow is alive your mother nor your uncle(Younger brother of the deceased uncle) do not share in the property of the deceased, the entire property goes to the widow(Second wife of your uncle).

when was my uncle alive that time he kept second then how to right her. she has also submitt suit for probate but reject.
