Can anyone help me on following questions as this seems to be pretty confusing & unclarified by many.
1) Do we need any license for producing "Herbal Handmade Soap" under Melt & Pour Process wherein no chemical will be used at all. This could be on a small or large scale. If yes, what all licenses are required and from which govt. departments.
2) If anyone start this on a small scale, can the same be operated from any residential area. What all govt. regulations such as licenses/clearences/certificates needs to be acquired.
2) Apart from the required business licenses, does govt has any policy to promote this sector. What is the role of SSI, KVIC and other related institutions.
Would appreciate your detailed view on this.
