My income from business for asst yr 14-15 was 2.5lac and if I will file retune for coming asst yr 15-16 that my income is 30k for all year or business loss of Rs. 20k something and proove it to show some extra office expencese then what may be the jugment of court for maintenance case, wife is not working and one kid 4yr old live with her. What this kind of tactice will give any problem in custody case?

If your wife produce last 3-4 year returns, sudden change in the income will clearly shows you are neglecting them and intentionally creating papers. It would worse your case. if your income is 2.5 lakhs per year, show your expenses and negotiate as much as possible. dont try to dig your own pits.
