Dear Sir, I got married in 2006,love marriage and it is arranged ,different religion,myself hindu and wife is christian,i had converted to christan and married her.After my amrriage i got job in other city were we were stayed seperately,We were living happily,for 5 years of marriage we didnt have baby,we took treatment ( the problem is with me) and we got a baby girl (by treatement).after baby is born she behaved in different way along with her parents ,with my baby i stayed only for 11 months.The I st birthday is the main reason, as she wanted to call only her family members and the misunderstanding happens and she called her papents and left,after 3 months she had filed dowry harrassement,maintainance case.Now i got bail etc.. and both cases are going on simulatanously,i had appiled for conjugal rights aslo.Now the question is she is asking for 15,000 as the maintaineance per month as claiming that my salary is 75,000 per month.my toatal salary on record is 60,000 and in hand i am getting 45,000. what will be the amount i have to give her if the court orders ,whether i should agree for that amount or else how to reduce the amount?
What are the precautions to be taken not to give the amount what she claimed,she left house without no reasons,now the reason she is saying is that i tried to kill her.
She is also B.E,she worked in private college before marriage.now she is not working.
Now she is saying that ,she is willing to live with me,but she will not come to that place,i have to stay in her parents house to prove that i willnot kill her,I agreed for that also, I asked for how many days i have to stay?she said untill she got trust on me i have to stay,i said since i am employed and i staying around 800 km far from native place,it is difficult to stay in her house.I told still now she stayed with me alone,there is no problem,Why she is claiming these kind of issue.
Can you advice me how to get rid of this case
