Due to no payment of Mts internet bil. Mts has sent mail and msg to be available before Lok Adalat in the District court. Mts has made fraud in the bill and they are not explaining so only I didnt pay it. If I didnt not go on the mentioned date to the Lok adalat means what legal action wil they take?. Bill amount is only 1400 rs. What should I do now. Pls help me.

When no compromise is reached in lok adalat, the matter goes back to the court. However, if a compromise is reached, an award is made and is binding on the parties. No time and money wastage in lok adalat.
