Leave with Wages

Dear Sirs,

If an executive avails all his casual & sick leave can he avail EL in current year or he has to avails the EL in next year.

Please explain eligibiility for EL availing for STAFF & Workers.

Until an employee has balance of leaves in his account you cannot deny him from availing them

dear sir, tahnks for reply but i want to know that if an employee join his duty in jan 2008 and he goes on leave in april 2008 can he is eligible for EL of current year (jan08 to mar08) thanks manish
