Labour disputes

Dear Sir, The Management suddenly given the suspension order on 27/6/13 and send out without prior notice and not allowed to ender into the factory premises. On 15/7/13 received register post stated your terminated from the job with false allegation while working you are started the other business. The not settle the following.

  1. Salary for the Month of June
  2. Leave Salary 2012-2013 
  3. Susension Wages
  4. Notice Period Salary - Termination
  5. Bonus and other settlement.

Pls guid to proceed further. I have to communicate to the employer.

Hi, I have resigned from my compnay and served 15 days of notice period, however my compnay have 2 months notice period.After i left the organisation my company sent me notice for terminating me as they are showing me absent from the company. Please let me know how can i be terminated when i have resignated , and also i m ready to pay salary in lieu of notice period subject to relieving letter. And what actions i can take against them?
