Dear Experts
I availed a loan from a NBFC on 2008 and the same was cleared and now i received a call from a Advocate of the NBFC stating that they have filed and going to exhibit Warrant against me, i have the loan remittance papers but almost 7 years i have missed the NOC.
My queries:
Is it possible to issue warrant against a person or it was threatning??
