I/Tax on family income nd creamy layer like OBC

1.  Income Tax should be calculated on family income and not on individual person.  There should be no difference on the basis of gender as it is anti-constitutional in view of equality among all citizens as there is no classification based on the religion, caste, region, language, class, colour OR GENDER ETC.

2. Creamy Layer should be comsidered similar to OBC i.e. Rs.3,50,000/-.  Under creamy layer no income tax keeping in view the high price market.

3. Whose income is Rs.35,00,000/- they will pay 50% flat tax and reducig or increasing ration will be 5% flat accordingly.  Example, which family's income is between Rs.3,50,001 to Rs.7,00,000/- they should pay 5% flat I/Tax and every 3,50,000/- 5% increase.
