- It is hereby declared that the consent agreement i.e Sammati Karar" at Exh 46 regarding reduction of rights of plaintiffs in favour of defendant no. 1 agriculture land bearing survey no. 681 situated at hathrol Tal Himatnagar Dist saarkantha which is registered before the Mamnlatda Himatnagr vide reg no 587/2005 dated 27/06/2005 is illegal, unauthorised inoperative , void ab intion and not binding upon the palntiffs no 3/3 & 3/4and said consent agrrement at exh 46 is hereby declared as cancelled for plantiff fo no 3/3 & 3/4
Now, the question is, we all plantiffs 11 nos but as above we have not understand the above.Sammati karar canceled for all
