Competition commission

I want to file the information in competition commission Mumbai and i have the group chats if the people who manipulate the worker and give them. Wirk as a service provider the worker dont have direct access to work they can work through them only and they charge commission upto 25 or sometimes 50 percent of those daily wages worker they all had prepare the worker group and they give them work now i have those group access and they are more than 20 individual whi do this and they live here in Mumbai only but i dont have there residential address can i file the information by showing them chats of that group. I know address is required for process like notice but sirry i dont have address but there contact number and chats

Will this information will be accept in cci only on mobile number available

I want to make complaint in cci competition commission of indian but i have only mobile number of the opposite party will cci will. Entertain my complaint of address if the opposite party against whomi haveto make complaint is mandatory

It is for the workers concerned to organise and seek their rights. The issue, to my understanding, is beyond the jurisdiction of the CCI

But they call only thise worker who accept there rate and not others and workers don't have accessto work in the industry without there contact they only have the contacts thise whi deny there wage rate won't get work and this rate is fixed by all the service provider mire than 20 individual had make the whatsapp group and call worker on same rate those who refuses will not get work

Isn't it is horizontal agreement

I am alos part of those whatsapp chat group as a worker and thats why i have there number not there residential address

And this is my query that can i provide only Mobile number if those service provider in my CCI complaint or i have to provide there residential address also is that mandatory
