If possible you may complete 5 years of service with the company.
Companies are known to create hassles.
While you submit notice of resignation mention the concerned clause number of your appointment letter, effective date of resignation/last day in office and that gratuity payment may be computed in FNF statement.
As you are notifying the date of retirement you may submit formI to employer and obtain acknowledgment. You may also submit form I to controlling authority which may be ALC in your case under acknowledgment.
SC and HC judgments are enclosed and you should be eligible if you leave by Nov12.

If you keep your PF a/c regular for 10 years you are eligible for pension.
