I am not sure under which category I should put my problem. I live in an apartment having 8 flats only. Since its only 8 flats, there was no society made our registered. Though 8 flats actual owners are 6 only ,as 3 flats owned by single owner(land owner). With internal understanding, for past 2 years maitenance was handled mostly by one person. But this person talked unanimous decision mostly and supported by 2 other owners. Ex land owner from last month not paying maintenance for one of his flat which he kept for him. The other 2 flats of ex landowner left for rental so we receive money from tenants. However, the person who owns maintenence though ask, ex landowner not Responding. So I have told , lets file case but other 4 owners not ready to join and because of this non cooperation I have told I am also not going to pay maintenance from m December. By hearing this, they said they will go to police and complaint against non payees.Complaining to police is possible? Can police action on this complaint? Also there is no soceity, going for civil case is possible? Please someone guide.
