Would you be within limitation for your appeal / revision petition after 90 days of expiry of filing of caveat, as proposed ???
How does caveat come in your way for filing petition except the fact you are required to serve the caveator so that the other party will be present / notified before being heard by the Court ????
It is your misconception qua caveat, hence it is prudent to seek advise of a local senior.
