Sir/s,
My daughter in law filed Judicial separation (+ interim maintenance) and domestic violence case, against my son, during July/August 2019. Cases are ongoing in the Courts in Hyderabad. In the meantime, she left the society of my son on 19/9/2019 completing two years. No progress in the cases due to pandemic. After completion of two years on 19/9/21 whether my son can file divorce case.
Kindly advise.
What sort of advise is expected by you wherein your son has no alternative but to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer with relevant brief of case filed against him for appreciation of facts, professional advise and necessary proceeding.?
