I have a buissnes, and did not registered for ESI.
- Not registered for ESI
- We are having more then 10 employees since last 24 months
- We keep all employee insured.
- We never deducted any payment for insurance or ESI.
How can I register now, and what will be the penalities. Current employee count is 22.

The ESI act will be applicable since the time strength of employees crossed 10. You can apply for the code no. and will be required to pay the contributions of both employer and employee from that date.
