Elder child of 20 yrs entitled for education expenses ?

My age is about 44 years and a mother of minor child about 13 years (8th Class) and elder Child 20 Yrs (STUDYING 2nd Year BBA) . Now the matter is in stage of Arguments. I want to know that my elder child of 20 yrs entitled for Maintenance / expenses for higher education expenses that is high? If any Judgement can be provided in support of the same i shall be obliged.
