Deletion of document in register office?

against cencellation deed ragisterd, if sale deed canceled so civil suit file.

First of all what  type of  document do you want to cancel. it is depande on document.

will.---only a person has right to cancel wiil, Who execute the will.

General Power of attorny (GPA)-- only a person has right to ccancel GPA who execute the GPA

lease deed.- if he receive the payment  than cance,

sale deed.- sale deed is not cancel / only back transfer & civil court.

there is no way  deleate & cancell the registred docment .
