Sir My self D. Venugopal S/o D.Rajagopal. I have my name as D.venugopal S/o D Rajagopal in my all certificates ie from KG to PG except UGC- NET certificate. After PG in UGC NET certificate I have written my name as Dine Venugopal S/o Dine Rajagopal, because they asked the full name. I got selected as Lecturer in Government College by Andhrapradesh Public Service Commission. My order copy also named as D. Venugopal. I have written my name as Dine Venugopal S/o Dine Rajagopal in certificate verification and my Service Register because fullname is asked. After 20 months of getting job, I relaized that my surname is not Dine it is Dinne by seeing my father voter id. Please tell the procedure of correcting my and my father surname from DINE to DINNE by declaration decree. 1.How to do this? 2.How many days will it take to complete the procedure? 3.Will court give any letter or something like stating that my and my surname is changed? 4.What documents should I submit in the court for this case? 5.If I correct my surname and my father surname in this way, will it be accepted by my Higher Education Department? 6.Will correcting surname create any problem to my job? 7.After correcting my surname and my father surname through court, can I change my surname in service register and my UGC NET certificate? 8. what should be declared in declaration decree 9.What does full name or name in full means?, because I expanded my surname when the full name or name in full is asked.
