hi anish........i happened to read your post here, it is indeed very informative and exhaustive, i wanted to seek your advice and if possible can you give me any citations possible on my following scenario, i am filing a divorce case against my wife for refusal denial of s*x and name calling to me on the first night of marriage, she called me 'hijra' and threw away my mangalsutra, we have never had s*xual intercourse since first day of marriage as she always refused and denied, now she is denying this fact in front of other people and portraying a contrary picture to my claim, now i want to know is, how can i prove in the court that i never had any s*x with her, and are there any relevant citations to that effect, i dont have any proof that i never had any penetrative s*x with her. pls adivce. thanks
