Sir Criminal case year 2014 To pending to my name in chandannagar court.Section of law 341/447/323/379/506/34.Recent Government jobs police verification any effect of this.please answer me.

In the verification form (Attestation Form) you have to indicate the above case.  It will definitely have effect.
