Your age is of no relevant.
Diploma holder is not graduate and cannot jojn LLB.
Having legal knowledge worth being a succesful union leader, one does not need to be LLB.
You need to know the service laws which are not part of any LLB syllabus. You want to know the reservation related laws which is only tip of iceburg of LLB syllabus.
You may like to know the Labour Laws which are only optional papers in some Universities (generally in the last year).
