correction of sale deed

How to ammend or correct the nature of land in sale deed the natureof land is agriculture land but the in sale deed the deed writer changes the nature of land what are the remedies available in this matter and what kind of suit to be file in this matter

The vendor who sold the property shall attend the office and execute a rectification deed to the previously registered sale deed. for any reason, the vendor is not available his authorized Ageny or the legal heirs of the vendor shall execute rectification deed.
