My dad and mom have a joint property in there name. Its a bungalow plot with construction on it in pune,maharashtra. My question is can my dad gift his share i.e 50 %Â to my mom.
If yes can somebody help me with the draft for the same.

Yes,your father can gift his 50% share to your mother,to draft a Deed of Gift it is needed title/right documents,previous deed if any .
